RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

​At rsmartindia.in, we strive to ensure that every product you receive meets our quality standards. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand the process.

​1. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect both our customers and our brand, an unboxing video is mandatory for all return and refund requests. The video must meet the following criteria:

​The video must be recorded continuously from the moment the sealed package is opened.

​The product’s original tags and packaging must be clearly visible in the video.

​The video must clearly show the condition of the product and any alleged defect or damage.

​Requests without a valid, unedited unboxing video will not be entertained.

​2. Reporting Timeline

​Any issues regarding the product must be reported to us within 2 days of delivery.

​Requests submitted after this 48-hour window will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

​3. How to Raise a Complaint

​Please email your unboxing video along with your order number and a brief description of the issue to: Rsmartindia01@gmail.com.

​Our team will review your video and verify the claim. Once the verification process is complete and approved, we will initiate the refund or return process accordingly.

​4. Important Conditions

​Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original condition with all tags intact.

​We reserve the right to reject refund requests if the unboxing video does not clearly show the package opening or if the product tags have been removed or tampered with.
