RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At rsmartindia.in, we strive to ensure that every product you receive meets our quality standards. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand the process.
1. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To protect both our customers and our brand, an unboxing video is mandatory for all return and refund requests. The video must meet the following criteria:
The video must be recorded continuously from the moment the sealed package is opened.
The product’s original tags and packaging must be clearly visible in the video.
The video must clearly show the condition of the product and any alleged defect or damage.
Requests without a valid, unedited unboxing video will not be entertained.
2. Reporting Timeline
Any issues regarding the product must be reported to us within 2 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this 48-hour window will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
3. How to Raise a Complaint
Please email your unboxing video along with your order number and a brief description of the issue to: Rsmartindia01@gmail.com.
Our team will review your video and verify the claim. Once the verification process is complete and approved, we will initiate the refund or return process accordingly.
4. Important Conditions
Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original condition with all tags intact.
We reserve the right to reject refund requests if the unboxing video does not clearly show the package opening or if the product tags have been removed or tampered with.
