All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Destinations & Rates
Destinations: We ship internationally to most countries.
Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your items. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout in USD ($) before you confirm your payment.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Because we work with international suppliers to bring you high-quality products, shipping times vary depending on the destination country:
Standard International Shipping: 10–20 business days.
Processing Time: + 1–3 business days.
Note: The delivery timeframes provided are estimates based on standard courier performance. Delays may occur due to customs processing, international holidays, or global logistics disruptions, which are beyond our control.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
RsmartIndia.in is not responsible for any customs and import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office to understand any potential additional costs before placing your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
It may take up to 48–72 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier’s system.
You can track your package directly through the link provided in your email or on our "Track Your Order" page.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at rsmartindia01@gmail.com.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the local carrier first. If you still cannot locate your package, reach out to us at rsmartindia01@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
8. Multiple Packages
To get your products to you as quickly as possible, we sometimes ship items from different warehouses. It is possible that you may receive your order in multiple packages on different days.
